  1. Please choose a swimming session with a time and location that is compatible with your daily schedule.

  2. Please phone CCAC Swim School at (905) 764-8108 to reserve a spot.

  3. After you make a spot reservation, please go to the CCAC Swim School office to pay the appropriate swimming fees within one week. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.

    After payment, CCAC Staff will issue a CCAC membership card. The card will indicate the student's name, registered class time, location, and the payment amount. Students must present the card at the beginning of the first class as proof of tuition payment. Instructors and Staff have the right to refuse from class any students without membership cards. If the card has been lost, final consideration will be according to CCAC Swim School records.

  4. 付清學費後 , 職員會派發一張會員咭 , 上面列明報名學生的名字 , 所報的課堂時間 , 地點以及繳交之費用 . 學生須於第一堂出示會員咭核對點名 , 否則 , 本會有權終止其參與權利 . 學生請保留會員咭至課程班完結為止 . 如閣下遺失會員咭 , 一切會以我們的資料 準確 .

  1. Every session, once the CCAC Swim Schedule for the next session has been published, previously registered students' spots will be automatically reserved for 7 days. Please note that parents have the final responsibility to check when the CCAC Swim Schedule is published.

  2. After the CCAC Swim Schedule has been published for one week, swim class registration will be on a first-come, first-served system. If there are any problems, admission will be at the discretion of CCAC Swim School.

  3. After payment, students must follow the registered class time and swimming location to attend their swimming classes. If there is a change, CCAC Swim School will notify every student as soon as possible. Please not that there will be no full refunds or credits towards students' accounts for future purposes.

  4. If necessary, CCAC Swim School reserves the right to reschedule Instructors, class times, and pool locations. For example, if there are insufficient student numbers for a certain swim class, CCAC Swim School will cancel the class and fully refund the class fees.

  5. Only CCAC registered students can attend CCAC swim classes. Students cannot substitute other people into classes if they are absent.

  6. Once registered, students cannot switch their class time or location without CCAC Swim School permission.

  7. All NSF cheques have an additional $25.00 administration fee.

  8. New students are subject to a $12.00 registration fee.

  9. Terms & Conditions are subject to the final decisions of CCAC Swim School.

  1. 每期新課程時間表推出後 , 舊生的原有學位將會被保留 7 天 . (家長有責任查訊時間表之推出日期 ) 時間表推出後一星期 , 參與者的取錄以先到先得為準 . 在有爭議的情況下 , 本會保留決定取錄與否的酌情權 . 
  2. 繳費後 , 學生請依照時間表所列之時間及地點出席課堂 . 如有任何更改 , 本會將另行通告 . 報名者在任何情況底下 , 不論參與課堂與否 , 已繳學費 , 恕不退還 . 
  3. 必要時 , 本會有權改動原定課程之導師 , 時間 , 地點等 . 如報名人數不足 , 本會有權取消課程 , 而所交費用亦會全部退還 . 
  4. 各班課程 , 只淮報名者本人出席 , 不能由別人替代 . 
  5. 學生不得擅自轉換課 程上堂時間 . 
  6. 所有空頭支票須付 $25 手續費 . 
  7. 首次報名者須繳 $12 報名費 . 
  8. 如有任何異議 ,CCAC 保留最後決定權 .
 Absent/ Cancellation 缺課 / 停課安排 :  [top]

  1. In each swimming session, CCAC Swim School will provide one make-up class for students who are absent once in the session. Students must phone CCAC Swim School at least one hour prior to their swim class so the Staff can enrol the student into a make-up class. The make-up class is usually scheduled at the end of each swimming session.

  2. If absent students cannot attend the make-up class at the scheduled time, they will automatically lose the make-up privilege for that session. CCAC Swim School will not reschedule any make-up classes for absent students who cannot attend the original make-up classes.

  3. All Red Cross programs, Swim Team or Junior Team training, adult lessons, and private lessons do not have any make-up classes.

  4. If swim classes are cancelled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen problems, CCAC Swim School will schedule a make-up class only for the affected students.

  1. 每位學生每期課程如因任何理由缺席課堂 , 均獲 1 次補課機會 , 缺席者必須於上課前最少 1 小時通知本會將會缺課 , 而作安排補課時間. 
  2. 如缺席者未能從本會提供的補課時間作出選擇 , 或於指定的補課時間內未能出席之學員 , 補課機會將被取消 , 本會不會另行安排再次補課 . 
  3. 所有紅十字會課程 , 泳隊 , 成人班及私人教授均不設補課機會 . 
  4. 如因天氣情況或其他理由導致停課 , 本會將會安排補堂時間 .
